  16. We have in France one operator who has the monopoly of phone communications and whose name is France Telecom. From time to time (more often than we expect it) phone rate is risen. The last one was a big one !

  18. I decided to write a tool which would time phone call and compute, in real time, its cost.

  20. So, TeleTarif is intended for french people when they are using the phone from France and to France.

  22. It’s my first trial writing an application on a Macintosh. TeleTarif has been written using Think C 5.O from Symantec and run under System 7 only.
